At Sikkim Organic, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality organic products safely and on time.

📦 Order Processing

  • Orders ship within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders during weekends or holidays will be processed on next working day.

  • Once your order is sent you will be emailed a confirmation.

🚛 Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Locations: 4–7 business days

  • Shipping times may differ by location, weather, or courier delays.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are computed at checkout.

  • Currently we do not offer Free shipping.

📍 Order Tracking

After your order is on its way, tracking information will be sent to you by email or SMS allowing you to follow your delivery in real time.

🔄 Returns & Refund Policy

We shoot for amazing packaging and quality control. But if you have trouble, we’re happy to help.

✅ Eligible Returns

You can ask for a return or replacement if:

  • It arrives to you broken

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item is defective

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Because of the perishable/organic nature of food, we do not accept returns for

  • Opened or used products

  • Perishables (unless defective or wrong)

  • Products returned without prior approval

📅 Return Request Timeline

  • Give us a call within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Post verified images of the product and packaging.

💳 Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • All refunds will be made to the original form of payment.

  • If a replacement is needed, we will ship a new product free of charge.
