Orders ship within 1–2 business days.
Orders during weekends or holidays will be processed on next working day.
Once your order is sent you will be emailed a confirmation.

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Locations: 4–7 business days
Shipping times may differ by location, weather, or courier delays.
💰 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are computed at checkout.
Currently we do not offer Free shipping.
📍 Order Tracking
After your order is on its way, tracking information will be sent to you by email or SMS allowing you to follow your delivery in real time.

Because of the perishable/organic nature of food, we do not accept returns for
Opened or used products
Perishables (unless defective or wrong)
Products returned without prior approval

Give us a call within 48 hours of delivery.
Post verified images of the product and packaging.
💳 Refund Process
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
All refunds will be made to the original form of payment.
If a replacement is needed, we will ship a new product free of charge.
